project Summary:
As the University of Pittsburgh Panthers football team prepared to begin a new era under a new head coach, the team felt it needed to improve its practice facility to improve the ability to teach the players. The renovation included a wide variety of cutting-edge sports education tools. Clista installed lighting features in the team meeting room featuring theater-like seating, as well as an impressive players’ lounge. The new locker rooms also have a brand new look and feel, with down-lights highlighting the players’ lockers. In addition, we added complex video telestrators in each classroom and an Illuminated graphics ceiling feature. By working closely with the general contractor and the client on this design build project, we were able to set up this state of the art facility and meet a hard deadline: the opening of training camp.
